- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 2 PM on business days will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order is being processed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options based on your location and urgency:

- Available only for orders within the United States
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic)
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Available within the United States
- International Shipping
- Delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination
- International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties or taxes.
Shipping charges are determined based on the selected shipping method and destination, which will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.):
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below $50
- International Orders:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Delays and Shipping Issues
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, PARMUNIE is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by external factors, including weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of any significant delay, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact PARMUNIE within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. PARMUNIE is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- International Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
