Refund and Return Policy of Parmunie

At Parmunie, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sports equipment and excellent service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how to return or exchange items and receive a refund.

Please read our Refund and Return Policy below for all the information you need regarding the return process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most products purchased on www.parmunie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective materials).
  • Not be a final sale or clearance item. These products are non-returnable.
  • Be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Products that are damaged, worn, or have been used (other than to try them on) are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@parmunie.com or call 301-676-9615. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will process your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and shipping box. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  4. Return Address: Send the items back to the following address:

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Parmunie is not responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process can take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If the item is returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use or is returned without original packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Non-refundable Items: Certain products, such as personalized items, clearance, or final sale items, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend following the return process to receive a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product. If the exchange is due to a defective or damaged item, we will provide instructions for exchanging the product at no additional cost to you.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please include the following when reporting a damaged or defective product:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

7. Return Policy Exceptions

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same as for domestic orders. However, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customs duties and taxes may not be refunded.
